TMZ has confirmed cops busted Patrick Stump around midnight on a traffic warrant out of Beverly Hills.

He's such a good example! It's like, RyRo's out doing coke, Gerard's a former addict, Bert..., and then there's Patrick, who doesn't know how to order drinks and captures giant-ass spiders so that Pete doesn't die trying to catch it in a stupid manner and Andy doesn't have to mess up his princess hairs and is sweet and kind of awkward and gets arrested for traffic violations.
