I'm sad, lol. I didn't see their last show (uhh, I'm in the wrong country) I haven't seen them live since January or something, I think. What I'm saying is, I wasn't there to see the end. But I'm definitely feeling it ugh

They're not breaking up, and I know this, know they'll be back. But I can be sad that it's the end for now, right? Because those stupid songs and those stupid boys and that stupid band kind of mean a lot to me, and I don't think I'd be who I am right now if it weren't for them (..and maybe one other band of dorkfacing idiots). Those bands didn't change my life, but they changed me, and I'm almost embarrassed of how fucking thankful I am for that.

People will say what they will about them, and me. Doesn't make them right. Doesn't make me ashamed. Doesn't make them any less important to me than they always have been. I still get that weird, crazy thing where I want everyone to like them, though, and I get mad when people just don't get it. But that's a non-issue, I have solved those situations by punching them and moving on.

But I'm going to miss this band, they're going to be gone for a while because they have lives or something and they barely ever took breaks before, and this one's going to be a long one.

At least they're not disappearing from the internet, they won't totally be gone. Patrick maybe sorta. But it's cool, they'll be back.

I know! \o/ And! There's gonna be more bandom guys in it than the Iron Man AU. (Like lookout!/Gabe who gets lonely in the crow's nest, so he hits on helmsman!Beckett from aloft... Yeah, I put a lot of thought into the casting...)

It's gonna be long though! And this plot bunny keeps running headfirst into my English homework. *headdesk* BUT! I'll write something shorter to tide you over. ^_^

in all honesty, I think they were churning out the albums a little too quick. I think they needed this, and I have no doubts that they'll be back.

sometimes I like to think I really don't like them, as people at least, and then I remember how absolutely moved I was when I finally got to see them last year and even if I don't listen to their music all that often any more they were still such a big part of my lift that I will always respect them :(

i think i used to be more indifferent about it, but idk something shifted, and when I look back on things it's pretty much them and mcr that've been there through it all with me and Nina, I kind of feel stupid that they mean so much to me ;__;

And even though they are taking a "break", I still feel like a huge part of me/ my life just died.
They better be back...If they don't, I don't think I could ever forgive them.

My head is in a constant loop of "IT WILL BE FINE, THEY ALWAYS SAID THEY WANTED TO BE OLD DUDES IN A BAND STILL TOURING, THEY WOULDN'T JUST QUIT NOW." I love them, and I think Pete's just being an asshole trying to keep everyone on their toes when he knows this band is far from over, bastard... I kind of still love him a lot though. This band means way too much to me, and a lot of people, for them to just cut off like that.

I'm apparently the only one, but I miss Pete's hair, the short hair makes his weird forehead even more prominent. But with skinny Patrick looking like bb!Patrick again, they look like old-school ohteepee ♥
